Founded of Italian Yorkshire heritage, Devour is a restaurant and creative event space, shaped around traditional values and provenance. It serves authentic Italian cuisine in a stylish and picturesque Yorkshire setting. With creativity running through the heart of this business, we are delighted to be working together to enrich its presence through brand development, engaging content and marketing activity.
Firstly, we evolved the branding to reorganise, update and develop new creative layers, which work to provide a rich toolkit in foundation for all things to come. A nostalgic editorial feel sees eclectic use of fresh fonts. An ‘on brand’ visual language complements Devour’s very distinctive industrially designed space. As well as refreshing brand components such as menus, we write, design and create content for use across seasonal campaigns that celebrate its Italian roots, lifestyle and surroundings.
Ongoing content capture ensures we have beautiful assets for us to story-tell across the social media platforms we manage, amplifying the offering to an engaged audience. The Picture Smiths team combines its skill sets to deliver planning, copy, photography, drone video, reels and graphics.
Insights and engagement are closely followed, with our summer campaign concept ‘Festa di Amalfi’ being the focus of our first quarter’s activity. The results delivered an increase in reach by an incredible 1188%, growth in post impressions by 67%, profile visits up by 40% and post interactions up by 55%. The return on investment overall is being realised by more engagement across the board, a busier restaurant and creative events that sell out quickly.
